What Is the reThink Service Fellowship?

reThink is a structured fellowship where students design and implement a student-led service project focused on an issue they care about.

The experience blends leadership development, career readiness, and community engagement using:

  • Youth Service America’s Service Project Toolkit

  • John C. Maxwell’s leadership principles

  • UCLA’s Social Change Leadership Framework

Together, these frameworks help students move from awareness to action while strengthening leadership identity, collaboration skills, and social responsibility.
